To return a product, please complete the return form below and include it in the package. If you do not have a printer, you may write the form by hand. The item must be shipped in its original LASARTA packaging or another sturdy box, along with the receipt and the return form. According to Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a customer who purchased goods remotely via our online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason and without incurring costs, except those specified in Articles 33, 34, and 35 of the Act. The return period begins from the date the product is received by the customer or by a third party other than the carrier. A written withdrawal statement must be submitted within this time. Sending the statement before the 14-day deadline is sufficient to meet the requirement. Please note that we do not confirm receipt of returned parcels. Unclaimed parcels are subject to a fee of 15 PLN to cover shipping costs. Free shipping is offered for orders over 700 PLN; however, if part of the order is returned and the remaining value drops below this threshold, Lasarta.pl reserves the right to deduct 15 PLN for shipping from the refund. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. According to consumer law, Lasarta has up to 14 days to process the refund once the return has been accepted.
