Terms and Conditions of the Online Store lasarta.pl/en

 

 


§1. General Provisions

  1. The lasarta.pl/en online store is operated by Sonia Kopańska, doing business as SEASON SONIA KOPAŃSKA, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity with its registered office in Tuszyn, ul. 3 Maja 54, NIP: 7282748551, REGON: 367194497 (hereinafter referred to as „Seller”).

  3. The Terms define:
  1. All products available in the store are brand new and free from physical and legal defects.
  2. To use the store, the customer needs access to the Internet, an email account, and a standard web browser.

§2. Registration and Account

  1. Registration is required to place orders.
  2. Customers register via the „Register” tab, providing their name, address, email, and phone number.
  3. Customers accept the Terms and consent to the processing of their data to complete transactions.
  4. After registration, customers receive an activation link by email.
  5. Once registered, customers log in using their email and password.

§3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 through the website.
  2. Customers must accept the Terms before confirming an order.
  3. The order process includes adding items to the cart, entering delivery and payment details, and confirming the order with the „Confirm Purchase – Order with Obligation to Pay” button.
  4. By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
  5. The store confirms order receipt via email, at which point the contract is concluded.
  6. Available payment methods: bank transfer, card payment, cash on delivery (COD).
  7. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

§4. Prices and Promotions

  1. Prices are in EUR and include VAT.
  2. Prices do not include shipping costs.
  3. The final price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
  4. For products on promotion, the lowest price from the past 30 days will be shown (in compliance with the Omnibus Directive).

§5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  1. Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery is carried out by a courier to the address specified in the order.
  3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  4. Free shipping is offered on orders over 700 EUR. If the return reduces the order value below this amount, 7 EUR for shipping will be deducted from the refund.

§6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer receives the item.
  3. To exercise the right, the customer must send a return form to: SEASON SONIA KOPAŃSKA ul. 3 Maja 54, 95-080 Tuszyn, Poland or by email: lasarta@lasarta.pl
  4. Returns must include the return form and invoice. Items must be sent in original or secure packaging.
  5. Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method.
  6. If part of an order is returned and the remaining value falls below the free shipping threshold, 7 EUR is deducted from the refund.
  7. Uncollected parcels may incur a shipping cost of 7 EUR, charged to the customer.

§7. Complaints

  1. The Seller is responsible for product defects under the Civil Code.
  2. Complaints can be submitted by email or in writing to the store’s address.
  3. Include: name, address, order details, description of the issue, and proof of purchase.
  4. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

§8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  1. Personal data is processed by SEASON SONIA KOPAŃSKA, the data controller.
  2. Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer service, and – if consented to – for marketing.
  3. Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data.
  4. Data may be shared with delivery services and payment operators only when necessary.
  5. The customer may request a copy of their data or lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

§9. Reviews and Promotions

  1. All customer reviews published on the store are verified and originate from users who made a purchase.
  2. Promotions and discounts are clearly described, with reference to original and promotional prices.

§10. Cookies

  1. The store uses cookies to improve user experience.
  2. Cookies help remember login details, shopping cart contents, and browsing preferences.
  3. Users may manage cookie settings in their browsers.

§11. Alternative Dispute Resolution

  1. Consumers may use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  2. The seller consents to alternative dispute resolution methods.

§12. Final Provisions

  1. The Terms are available at any time on lasarta.pl/en.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. Any changes will be communicated 14 days before they take effect.
  3. Disputes are resolved in accordance with Polish law or, for consumers, the law of their country of residence.
